📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve overall restaurant performance.
• Promote the restaurant's brand and ensure a positive image is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Japanese restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culinary practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with a good understanding of Japanese language and culture.
• Previous experience in managing staff and leading teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
