📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize food manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to manage and monitor production data.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and technologies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
