As the Financial Controller in Badung, Bali, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, and providing accurate financial reports to stakeholders. You will work closely with our management team to drive financial performance and contribute to the overall success of our luxury properties.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of our luxury properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, and prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
• Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the financial performance of our properties, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive financial performance and contribute to the overall success of our luxury properties.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proficiency in financial management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards, and experience in financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus.
