As a Facility Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the production lines of our premium motorcycle manufacturing plant in Badung, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the production lines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Implement improvements and upgrades to enhance the functionality and productivity of the manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to streamline processes and achieve production targets.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP and MES systems, to track production data and analyze performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to create a secure working environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the production team, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing and production processes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP, MES systems, and CAD software.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
