📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export logistics process for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with international clients and local partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Process and manage export orders using systems like SAP and other logistics software.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Collaborate with the customs broker to ensure smooth clearance of goods through customs.
• Track and manage shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
