As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement necessary changes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
