📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the operational risk function for the commodities and global markets business, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the business.,Oversee the risk assessment and monitoring processes, including the identification of key risk indicators and the implementation of risk mitigation measures.,Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on operational risk issues and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of risk management practices into business operations.,Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of operational risk data and metrics to relevant stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational risk management, with a focus on commodities and global markets.,Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, including COSO, ISO 31000, and Basel III.,Experience in regulatory compliance and risk reporting.,Proven track record of leading and managing operational risk teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
