📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining guest records.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Assist with the organization and distribution of mail and packages.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk reception or similar roles in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Good knowledge of computer systems and software, including reservation and guest management systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid SIM card and ability to travel to other locations as needed.
