📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the operations of the Specialist Outpatient Clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.,Oversee the scheduling and appointment management for specialist consultations, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.,Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up schedules.,Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations, including billing, insurance claims, and patient communications.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and patient satisfaction of the Specialist Outpatient Clinics.,Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of healthcare, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare administration or management role, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel.,Proficient in using computer software and medical records systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
