📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and disbursements.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.,Prepare and review budget forecasts and financial projections.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
