📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily school operations, including scheduling, attendance, and curriculum planning.,Coordinate with educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to children's development.,Develop and implement therapy programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, providing regular feedback to parents and educators.,Maintain accurate records of children's development and therapy sessions.,Organize and facilitate parent-teacher meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.,Ensure compliance with all relevant educational and therapeutic regulations and standards.,Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school or therapy administration role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local educational and therapeutic practices in Bali.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid teaching or therapeutic certification, if required.
