📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects in Gowa and surrounding areas.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Present company products and services effectively to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products and services through various channels.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to refine sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analysis tools.,Fluency in Indonesian, with good English skills (both written and spoken) being an advantage.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
