📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop the team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.,Represent the restaurant at local events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to speak Indonesian and English fluently.
