📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained, and customer satisfaction is maximized.,Lead and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training, coaching, and motivation.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant operations with the overall business strategy.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's long-term goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
