Bay Web Pratama is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support and training to drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
