📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the sales team in the Pademangan area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and provide support.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
