As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best candidates for our various roles. You will work closely with our HR team and department heads to ensure that we have a strong and motivated workforce.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.,Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the company.,Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
