Stripe is seeking a talented Program Manager to join our GTM Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our products and services reach the right customers at the right time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, develop and implement plans, and measure the success of our initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and execution of the GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.,Manage the GTM planning process, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.,Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and prioritize go-to-market initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives.,Identify and mitigate risks, and propose solutions to overcome challenges.,Work closely with sales, customer success, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in GTM planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in GTM planning, product management, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.,Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.,Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).,Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
