As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and materials to keep our business running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of procurement principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies.,Maintain and update our inventory system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business goals.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the procurement process.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
