📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the procurement process, including supplier identification, contract negotiation, and order placement.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Monitor and control procurement spending.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Prepare and analyze procurement reports.

Participate in procurement strategy meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
