📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans for the mining operations in Bangka Belitung.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track growth initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mining industry.
• Collaborate with senior management to align growth initiatives with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the mining industry.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of mining software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
