Silver Mart Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement maintenance strategies, and you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.,Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.,Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a strong focus on industrial or facility maintenance.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance software and tools, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.
