Sentral Nanda Restaurant is looking for a Lead Machine Operator to oversee and manage our kitchen equipment. In this role, you will ensure that all machines and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior operators.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.,Ensure all machines are running efficiently and safely.,Train and mentor junior operators.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Troubleshoot and repair any equipment issues.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator.,Experience with kitchen equipment and food preparation.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
