📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory operations, including purchasing, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best pricing and terms for inventory purchases.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of our records.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
