📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and track import shipments from inception to delivery
• Manage and verify import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and shipments
• Assist in the preparation of import reports and analyses
• Provide support to the team in the development and implementation of import strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations or a related role
• Familiarity with import-export procedures, customs regulations, and trade laws
• Proficient in using logistics and trade management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation of goods
