📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive employer brand and enhance employee engagement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
