Seed Silver Unggul is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefits regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR activities align with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of HR metrics and data analysis is a plus.
