📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and Indonesian labor laws.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including payroll processing.
• Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs for employees.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BPSDM for efficient HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BPSDM.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
