📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, services, and facilities.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with event planning and coordination when necessary.,Enforce company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
