🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success in driving departmental performance and achieving results.,Strong knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and initiatives to drive departmental success.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
