📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Assist in food presentation and plating.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow health and safety guidelines.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
