📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and plan the construction of the new coffee shop, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals for the construction project.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
