📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and sales reporting.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Utilize POS systems and inventory management software to track sales, manage stock levels, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.
• Stay updated with the latest adidas Kids trends and products to provide valuable insights to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of adidas Kids products and trends is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
