📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ethical AI guidelines and best practices for Nusantara AI Innovations.
• Conduct ethical impact assessments for AI projects, identifying potential biases and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are fair, transparent, and accountable.
• Monitor and evaluate AI models for ethical compliance and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI ethics and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide training and workshops on ethical AI principles to internal teams.
• Advise on legal and regulatory compliance related to AI, including data protection and privacy.
• Represent Nusantara AI Innovations in industry forums and conferences on AI ethics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a focus on AI ethics or a similar specialization.
• 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, with a strong background in machine learning and data science.
• Proficiency in ethical AI frameworks and tools such as IBM's AI Fairness 360, Google's Ethical AI, or similar.
• Experience with AI development platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and local Indonesian regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex ethical dilemmas and provide actionable recommendations.
• Certification in AI ethics or a related field is a plus.
