📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a property management or related industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
