🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and the teaching team.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
